Conditions and terms

The rates for all types of accommodation include:

• use of the wellness centre, gym, Wi-Fi and underground car park;
• we reserve the right to change the indicated rates.

Extra charges

• Single use of a double room: 40%.

Reductions

• Children up to 3 years on an extra bed: 50%.
• Children up to 8 years on an extra bed: 30%.
• Children over 8 years on an extra bed: 20%.

Restrictions

• Smoking in the rooms is forbidden.
• We accept small dogs only in the Grandependance at a cost of 15,00 € per day per pet; in case of damage to hotel infrastructures, the damage will be charged to your bill.
• Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, but they are allowed in the hotel lounge and at the bar.

Arrival and departure

• The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 am on the day of departure.
• In case of early departure or late arrival the entire period booked will be charged.
• Subject to availability verification it is possible to perform a late checkout until 5.00 pm hours at the cost of 15,00 € per person.

Booking and deposit

• The reservation is considered valid to all intents and purposes, only on receipt of the deposit.
• The required deposit is 350.00 € per room and can be paid by postal order or bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation of a reservation up to 40 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in the amount of 100%; beyond this date, the deposit will not be refunded.
