The apartment rates are intended per apartment per day exclusive of half board.

The room rates are intended per person per day (minimum stay of 3 days) and include:

• Half board treatment with vast breakfast buffet and dinner.
• Use of the wellness centre, gym and underground car park.
• We reserve the right to change the rates indicated.

Extra charges:
• Full board: Euro 10.00 per person and day (only in summer, August excluded)
• Single room: from Euro 8.00 to Euro 10.00 per day
• Single use of a double room: 30%

Reductions:
• Children up to 3 years on an extra bed: 50%
• Children up to 8 years on an extra bed: 30%
• Children over 8 years on an extra bed: 20%

Forbidden:
• Smoking in the rooms is forbidden.
• We accept small dogs. In case of damage to hotel infrastructures the damage will be charged to your bill.
• Dogs have no access to the restaurant/dining room.

Arrival and departure:
• The rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• In case of early departure or late arrival the entire period booked will charged.

Booking and deposit:
• The booking is considered firm only after receipt of a confirmatory deposit.
• The deposit requested amounts to € 100.00 per room and can be paid by postal cheque or bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 15 days prior to the booked date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
